Our buffet is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. so all the guests in our hotel in Bilbao have time to start their day with a delicious, healthy breakfast. To whet your appetite, here is a sample of what you will find:
To start, fruit slices, natural fruit juices, artisan smoothies and banana snacks.
Then come the savoury options. Hot or cold? Traditional cold meats, hummus, crackers, a range of omelettes, ham pancakes... (you choose)
... followed by irresistible, 100% artisan, sweet treats baked in our own kitchens, including fruit and fibre sponge cake, healthy nutella, chocolate and coconut granola, and traditional miniature hand-made pastries.
All accompanied, of course, by fine coffees, teas, herbal teas and drinks to suit all tastes, including soya and almond drinks.
And served in a completely refurbished breakfast room, filled with natural light and looking out onto our delightful gardens, blending design and tradition to generate a sense of peace and well-being, because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and a healthy breakfast is the best kind of all. Gastro Bar Terrace in the center of Bilbao. Outdoor open space that allows you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as a good drink with friends or family. On the menu you will find dishes from our local gastronomy, as well as gourmet burgers and portions, among others.
The terrace is also suitable for breakfast and snacks at noon, with squid rings (known as 'rabas') and vermouths during weekend.
Do you fancy a good cup of coffee with handmade pastries? Or would you prefer some pintxos from our bar? This space offers a wide selection of food items for a casual break: a snack menu —sandwiches and hamburgers—, express breakfasts and lunches and our terrace.
To make your trip even easier and to avoid you having to park in this central area, we provide parking in our private garage, with direct access to the rooms and to the Silken Indautxu reception. We also have a space where you can recharge electric cars. The cost of the parking is €20 per day. Spots are not reserved.

Bilbao is a very appealing city, and a great way to explore all its nooks and crannies is by bike. It is the best way to access different corners of the city and to enjoy a unique experience. Silken Indautxu provides a bike rental service, at a cost of €10 for 2 hours, €15 for 4 hours and €25 for 8 hours. In each case the price includes a helmet, a lock, panniers and a bottle, as well as an optional picnic (supplement).
Fitness Room use only for guest, located in floor 0. It is an exclusive space adapted for physical activity to all guests that want to enjoy their leisure to keep them fit. Open times: from Monday to Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. (appointment required).
Equipment: Multifunctional equipment, running , rowing and weights.
