For the exclusive use of our guests, the Silken Gran Teatro Hotel has a small gym on the 6th floor, open from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays, from 09:00 am to 10:00 pm. The perfect place to leave your stresses behind and stay fit.
Equipment: exercise bike, step machine, treadmill and weights machine.
In our cafeteria, on the ground floor of the hotel, you can savour a good cup of coffee while quietly reading the news, have a snack or enjoy a drink in a bright and modern space, open not only to our guests, but to the city's residents too.
