Our Gastro Bar is a space designed so that you can enjoy the best of our cuisine, in a casual environment or with a custom private booking. It offers a bistro menu with recipes from our Silken School of Food and Beverages (ESAB), managed by the famous and award-winning Martin Berasategui; or a selection of lighter fare, both options accompanied by a wide variety of wines and drinks. It is also the perfect place to end the day by tasting one of our cocktails or long drinks.
